  • What is the Executive Function Coaching Academy?

    The Executive Function Coaching Academy is an online executive function coaching membership that provides you with the ultimate online training experience. You have access to tutorial videos that take you through all the skills and strategies of executive function coaching. You will also gain access to experienced executive function coaches, including Sean McCormick, founder of EF Specialists and the EFCA, who will provide you with live classes, tools, connections to leaders in the executive function coaching industry and much more. And if that's not enough, you'll be a part of the EFCA community where Sean will do live Q&A's, and be active in the community along with other coaches.

  • How do I access Executive Function Coaching Academy?

    When you sign up you'll create an account by put your e-mail and password. After you've completed your purchase, you can sign in using those same credentials and you'll have full access to the academy.

  • Can I access Executive Function Coaching Academy from my cellphone?

    Absolutely! You go to www.efcoachingacademy.com as you would on a computer and log in the same way.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes, you may cancel at anytime, however, you will still be charged for the annual subscription period that you signed up for. Once you cancel, your membership will be active until the end of the subscription year (365 days from when you enrolled in the membership). At the end of the year, your account will be closed and you won’t be charged any longer. See the sales policy on FAQs for complete details around cancellations and refunds.

  • With your course is there any certification?

    After completing the course you will receive a certificate of completion.

  • What if I want more personalized support on growing my practice?

    There are two membership options: standard and VIP. The VIP option comes with a 90-minute coaching session with Sean each quarter ($1500 value). You can also connect with community members and find an accountability partner.

  • What currency is the membership price?

    The price for EFCA is in US Dollars (USD)

  • Can I get a refund if I want to cancel? (Sales Policy)

    All purchases through Executive Function Coaching Academy are final and not subject to refund. Annual subscriptions: Subscriptions created will not automatically cancel. If you would like to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time, however, you will not receive a refund for your subscription. However, please note that in order to not get billed for next year you must cancel 7 days before the day that you purchased. Once canceled, you will no longer be charged going forward. Payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded. Annual subscriptions: Subscriptions created will not automatically be canceled. If you would like to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time. Please note, however, that you need to cancel at least 7 business days prior to your renewal date to prevent the next year’s subscription from being processed and billed. There is no trial period and we do not allow cancellations and/or refunds for annual subscriptions; Upon cancellation of a subscription annual members will continue to receive Content purchased for the one-year period you originally paid for, and once the one-year term ends you will no longer have access to Content purchased.

  • Is this EF coaching is also geared toward helping elementary students?

    The program is mainly geared for supporting students ages 10 and beyond.

  • When are the live meetings?

    The live meetings are every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. The schedule can be viewed upon enrollment in our 6-class certificate program.

  • Is your training something I could submit to ASHA and ALTA for CEUs?

    No, these trainings do not provide CEUs or any other type of credit.

  • What is the cost and length of the program?

    To be eligible to enroll in the membership community, you must complete our 6-class training program. The price for this program is $697. Once you complete that program, you can then become a member of the EFCA on an annual basis. See below for pricing.

  • What are Sean's qualifications to provide this training?

    Sean has a Master's Degree in Exceptional Education from SUNY Buffalo State, is a professional level Educational Therapist through AET, a credentialed Education Specialist in California, and is the founder of one of the most successful online executive function coaching businesses in the world.

  • Does this program help with career opportunities after successful completion?

    Yes, the content and community are designed to support career development through networking, guidance and other information sharing.

  • Is there a network listing for providers?

  • Is this program recognized by the state or the ICF?
