"I received a discount when registering for this class, but I honestly think the value is great even without that. I told my husband after our first session that the class was already worth the full investment for me."

"This course was worth every penny! I felt very lost in my journey to becoming an EF coach before taking this class and feel SO much more confident now. The gaps in my education belong to me, and I will find the answers and experience that I need as I go."

"Each week I did the steps you recommended and watch a couple additional videos from the Vault and I feel more prepared and confident to launch my business in the fall. I subscribed to Tutorbird and made my website and did things I never even attempted to do before. Thank you so much for everything you have provided! I'm really excited to start this journey."

"Thanks again, like I said, I was a little hesitant, you just never know about what you find online, but I truly feel like what you had to offer was incredibly valuable."

"Absolutely worth taking! I was nervous and skeptical about signing up for any EF program bc there are so many scammers out there. I also wondered is it worth it bc it's not ICF Certified and doesn't cost as much, but I had two remind myself that you don't need to be certified to be an EF Coach. Without a doubt, I am so happy I chose to sign up for Sean's EFCA program. It went above and beyond my expectations! The course is very informative, insightful, and equips you with the skills and materials needed to be a successful coach, as well as how to launch an EF Coaching business. Sean is an amazing teacher, the program/classes are well designed, and very effective. You will be very supported throughout the program, and most of all prepared and confident to conduct client sessions, and start a business if you choose!"

Testimonials 🗣️

Hi, I'm Sean McCormick 👋

Excited to be your coach

Hi--I'm Sean. I help educators take back their time, energy, and lives. Being an executive function coach isn’t just about starting a business – it’s about reclaiming your life. If you’re an educator tired of the constant pressure, rigid schedules, and lack of autonomy in the school system, there’s another way. Coaching lets you prioritize flexibility, independence, and fulfillment—without sacrificing your passion for helping students thrive. Executive function coaches don’t ask: “How can I survive another year in the system?” They ask: “What kind of life do I actually want to lead?” – and then build a business that fits that vision. It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what matters—on your terms. Most EF coaches start lean—sometimes it’s just you, your laptop, and a handful of students. Others build small, supportive teams. The key is simplicity, freedom, and control over how (and when) you work. At the end of the day, we all want the same thing: To create a career that lets us do the work we love—and leave behind everything we don’t.
