The details ⚙️

Who is this program for? 

This program is for junior high, high school, and college students who experience stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, and are seeking effective mindfulness and stress management tools to improve their focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.


What is it, exactly? 

6, live, one-hour classes, led by executive function coach, Hannah Walters, which results in a certificate of completion (see below for course overview details). 


Where are the classes?

The classes will be held via Live Zoom sessions. After enrolling, you will receive access to the official course overview which has all the meeting links, slide decks, and course resources. 


How does it work? 

You need to attend at least 4 out of the 6 live sessions to earn your certificate. 


HOWEVER, if you are in an incompatible time zone, or have a unique accommodation needed, and cannot join due to these barriers, YOU MAY watch the recordings (uploaded within 24 hours of live meetings) to receive attendance credit.

Hi, I'm Hannah 👋

Yoga and mindfulness have personally changed my life for the better. When I first found yoga 9 years ago, I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and overwhelm in my day to day. Developing my own yoga/mindfulness practices changed the trajectory of my life and allowed me to enjoy the fullness of life while managing the stress and anxiety. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2020, and have been teaching in our local studio for the last 3 years. I work with adults, and also run a mindfulness program for children in the community. In 2023 I continued my education and received my 300 hour yoga teacher training certificate. This combined with my background as a special education teacher has informed the heart of this work a great deal. I believe that given the proper tools we are all able to move towards our potential and enjoy life to the fullest. Since going on my yoga and mindfulness journey I have experienced more ease, fulfillment, and joy in my everyday life. I am extremely passionate about providing students with these same tools and opportunities. I often imagine what life would have been like if I learned these things at a younger age. It is exciting to be able to offer something so powerful to kids, teenagers, and young adults that could have such a profound impact on the rest of their life.
